At Fort Jones, we are delighted to offer our versatile community hall for a variety of events and uses. Whether you’re planning a private celebration, hosting a class, or organizing a meeting, our facility is designed to accommodate your needs with flexibility and affordability.
The town hall is ideal for larger gatherings like birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers or celebrations of life.
It features a kitchen with 1 Keurig coffee maker, 2 drip coffee makers, an electric stove and oven, a microwave and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. 93 folding chairs and 16 folding tables (6 ft) are available for indoor use.
There are also 8 picknick tables (each can seat about 8 people) and 2 small barbecue pits outside on the grass.
The town hall has a stage with a large pull down projector screen (please bring your own projector !).
Public restrooms are in the building.
You can pick up the key at the town office 1 day before your event. The key opens the front door and the side door.
Please make sure that you leave the place like you found it!
The key can be returned into the small black drop box on the OUTSIDE of the main entrance to the building.
The fee schedule is:
Private Events (Birthday, Baby Shower, Celebration of life, etc.): $150.00 per day plus $100 Key and Cleaning Deposit (Key and Cleaning Deposit will be returned if Key is returned and Hall is cleaned after Event)
Instructional use (Yoga or dance class, etc.): $25.00 per hour
Individual / Commercial use (Staff meetings, etc.): $20.00 per hour
Non Profit or Public Agency use (e.g. Lions Club, Horsemen, etc.): $15.00 per hour
