Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Fort Jones Town Council will hold a public hearing on June 09, 2025, at 6:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Town Hall Auditorium, 11960 East St Fort Jones CA to consider adoption of the Draft FY 25/26 budget.  The public may attend in person. All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard thereon or present comments in writing to the Town Council, 11960 East St Fort Jones CA or to the following email: [email protected]  All items presented to the Town Council during a public hearing, including but not limited to, letters, e-mail, petitions, photos, or maps, become a permanent part of the record and must be submitted to the Towm Clerk. It is advised that the presenter bring 7 copies of anything presented to the Council and that the presenter create copies in advance for their own records. It is anticipated that adoption of the Draft Budget for FY 25/26 will take place on June 09, 2025. All public records related to an open session item on the agenda, which are not exempt from disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act, that are distributed to a majority of the legislative body will be available for public inspection at Town Hall, the Town’s website, and at the meeting.
